Delivery times and cost

• Canada — 2–4 working days. Free over $50, otherwise $5.
• United States — 4–7 working days. Free over $50, otherwise $5. Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout, so nothing is collected at your door.
• Remote and northern postal codes can take longer, and we’ll say so at checkout rather than after you’ve paid.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET on a working day ship the same day. You get a tracking link as soon as the parcel leaves us.

If it’s late or lost

If tracking hasn’t moved for two working days, email us. We’ll chase the carrier ourselves rather than asking you to do it, and if the parcel is genuinely lost we’ll resend or refund — your choice.

Returns

Sixty days from delivery, opened or unopened. A product that didn’t work on your hair is exactly the situation this policy exists for, and you don’t have to justify it to us.

Email us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Once the parcel reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method within five working days. Original shipping is refunded too if the whole order goes back.

What we can’t take back

• Gift cards.
• Products bought somewhere other than this site — go back to whoever sold them to you.
• Anything returned after sixty days, unless it’s faulty.

Faulty or damaged

A broken pump, a leaking bottle, a product that’s clearly turned: send us a photo and we’ll replace it. No return needed, no sixty-day limit, and your legal rights are unaffected either way.

Refills

Every order includes a prepaid return bag. Send six empty bottles back — any size, any product — and the seventh is free. Caps and pumps are separated and recycled by our partner in Hamilton, Ontario.
