For anything more than a gloss, yes, and it’s free. Fifteen minutes in person or on video, so the quote you get is the price you pay.
Please do. Bring three, including one you don’t like. Knowing what you want to avoid is as useful as knowing what you want.
Almost always. Our Vancouver room has two curly specialists, and the consultation is built into the two-hour slot.
Come back within fourteen days and we’ll adjust it at no cost. That is not a complaints policy, it is just how a haircut should work.
