Terms of Sale — CULT MANE

These terms apply when you buy something from this site. They’re written to be read, not to hide anything.

Who you’re buying from

Cult Mane Inc., registered in Canada, trading from 184 Ossington Ave, Toronto, ON M6J 2Z7, Canada.

Prices

All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout at the rate for your province. Shipping is free over $50 and a flat $5 below that.

We try hard to price things correctly. If something is listed at an obviously wrong price — a decimal in the wrong place — we’ll contact you before charging you, and you can confirm the real price or cancel.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract exists once we email you a shipping confirmation, not when you click the button. Until then we can decline an order: out of stock, a delivery address we can’t serve, or a payment our processor flags.

Cancelling and returning

Cancel any time before it ships and you pay nothing. After that, our returns policy applies — sixty days, opened or not.

What the products are and aren’t

These are cosmetic products for external use on hair and scalp. They are not medicines and they don’t treat any medical condition. Patch test if you have sensitive skin or a known allergy, read the ingredient list on the product page, and stop using something if it irritates you.

Results depend on hair type, water, technique and how often you use a product. Nothing on this site is a promise of a specific outcome.

Liability

We’re responsible for getting you the product you paid for, in good condition. We’re not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits your rights under Canadian consumer protection law, and where these terms conflict with that law, the law wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
